Privacy Policy
Photo Prompt AI (“the app”, “we”, “us”) is operated by HoverMinds. This policy explains what information we collect, why, who we share it with, and the choices you have. By using the app you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. Information we collect

We do not collect your photos, contacts, precise location, microphone or camera data. The app does not upload the pictures you create in other AI tools.
2. How we use information
- To provide the app: show the prompt library, unlock prompts, and restore your purchases.
- To process purchases, subscriptions and rewarded-ad unlocks and to prevent fraud and abuse.
- To improve content and features using aggregated usage statistics.
- To send service messages and, where you allow it, notifications about new content.
- To comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.
We do not sell your personal information.
3. Prompts and third-party AI tools
The app supplies text prompts that you can copy into third-party AI image tools of your choice. Those tools are run by other companies under their own terms and privacy policies, and anything you upload to them is governed by those terms, not this policy. Please only use photos you have the right to use, and do not create content that is unlawful, misleading or infringes another person’s rights. Photo Prompt AI is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google, OpenAI, Midjourney or any other AI provider.
4. Who we share information with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the app, and only as needed:
- Google – Google Sign-In (authentication), Google Play (purchases and subscriptions), Firebase Cloud Messaging (notifications) and Google AdMob (rewarded ads). AdMob may collect and use device identifiers such as the advertising ID, IP address and device information to serve and measure ads, under Google’s Privacy Policy. You can reset or opt out of personalised ads in your Android settings (Settings → Google → Ads).
- Hosting provider – our servers are hosted with Hostinger, which stores the data described above on our behalf.
- Legal and safety – authorities or other parties when the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of users and the public.
If we are ever involved in a merger or sale of the business, information may be transferred to the new owner, who must honour this policy.
5. Data retention
We keep account and purchase records for as long as your account exists and as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes and meet legal or accounting requirements. Anonymous usage data may be kept in aggregate form. When you delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except records we must keep by law.
6. Your rights and choices
- Access and correction – ask us for a copy of your data or to correct it.
- Deletion – delete your account from inside the app, or use our account deletion page without needing the app.
- Withdraw consent – you can sign out, turn off notifications, or stop using the app at any time.
- Ads – you can choose not to watch rewarded ads. Prompts can also be unlocked by a purchase or subscription.
Residents of India have rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, including to access, correction, erasure and grievance redressal. Residents of other regions may have similar rights under local law. To use any right, contact us at . We will respond within a reasonable time and no later than the law requires.
7. Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, hashed admin passwords and rate limiting to protect data. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a breach that affects you, we will notify you as required by law.
8. Children
The app is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
9. International transfers
Our service providers (such as Google and our hosting provider) may process data in countries other than your own. By using the app you understand that your information may be transferred and processed there, with the protections described in this policy.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will change the effective date at the top and, for significant changes, notify you in the app. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
