Delete your account
Option 1 – Inside the app
Open the app → Profile → Delete account. Your account and data are removed immediately.
Option 2 – Request deletion here
If you can no longer open the app, enter the email address of the Google account you used to sign in. We will delete the account linked to it within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your profile (name, email, profile picture) and sign-in link.
- Your unlocked prompts, subscription and purchase records in our system, and push notification token.
- Your usage activity linked to your account.
What we may keep
- Records we must keep for legal, tax or fraud-prevention reasons, for as long as the law requires.
- Anonymous, aggregated statistics that cannot identify you.
- Your Google Play payment history stays with Google. We cannot delete it. Cancel active subscriptions in Google Play → Subscriptions.
